Percy Quin Blending Conference

The church in Jackson warmly invites us to join them for the Fall 2025 Percy Quin Conference (Louisiana–Mississippi Blending Conference). Please read the information below carefully.

DATE AND TIME:

1st meeting: Friday, October 24 7:00 pm

2nd meeting: Saturday, October 25 9:00 am

3rd meeting: Saturday, October 25 10:45 am

4th meeting: Saturday, October 25 7:00 pm

Lord’s Table: Lord’s Day, October 26 9:00 am

5th meeting: Lord’s Day, October 26 10:30 am

LOCATION:

All the meetings will be held in the church in Jackson Meeting Hall, located at 406 Briarwood Dr. Suite 200, Jackson, MS 39206.

The Church in Jackson asks all saints to be open to serving the Lord and each other during the conference

LODGING:

The church does not provide hospitality for this conference. There are many hotels nearby. There is a group discount rate at Baymont by Wyndham, 5709 I-55 North Jackson, MS, 39206. The price per night with discount will be $89. The group rate code is CG-102426. Use this code to apply the discount. The discount cut-off date is October 10, 2025. Feel free to stay in other hotels according to your needs.

CHILDCARE:

  • Children younger than 4 years old: the conference does not provide childcare for this age group. Parents must coordinate. Rooms are provided.

  • Children from 4 years old through 6th grade: childcare provided by serving ones.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for those children who are not signed-in at the registration table.


YOUNG PEOPLE:

There will be special activities for YP (7-12 grade) on Saturday from 3:00 – 9:00 pm. Outside of that time, YP are expected to attend conference meetings or serve.

LUNCH:

The lunch will be provided at the Meeting Hall on Saturday and Sunday.

REGISTRATION DONATION:

  • Adult – $75

  • Child – $10 (0-12 yrs. old)
