The church in Jackson warmly invites us to join them for the Spring Louisiana–Mississippi Blending Conference (a.k.a. Percy Quin Conference). Please read this letter carefully, as we are seeking to improve our arrangements for this important time together.

LOCATION:
All the meetings will be held in the church in Jackson Meeting Hall, located at 406 Briarwood Dr. Suite 200, Jackson, MS 39206.
LODGING:
The church does not provide hospitality for this conference. There are many hotels nearby. We have a group discount rate at Baymont by Wyndham, 5709 I-55 North Jackson, MS, 39206. The price per night with our discount will be $89. The group rate code is CGCW25. Use this code to apply the discount. Feel free to stay in other hotels according to your needs.
CHILDCARE:
Children younger than 4 years old: the conference does not provide childcare for this age group. We will provide designated rooms for moms to arrange to watch their children.
Children from 4 years old through 6th grade will be provided care during the conference meetings. We will have children’s meeting in three groups:
4 years old–1st grade
2nd grade–6th grade boys
2nd grade–6th grade girls
Children (4YO–6th grade) must be signed in by their parents at the children's registration table 15 minutes prior to each meeting.
YOUNG PEOPLE:
There will be special activities for YP (7th grade–12th grade) on Saturday night only. Outside of that time, YP are expected to be in the conference meetings or serving.
LUNCH:
The lunch will be provided at the Meeting Hall on Saturday and Sunday.
