The Chicago Marriott Magnificent Mile, where the meetings of the 2023 International Memorial Day Blending Conference will be held, has sold out of rooms at the LSM discounted rate. LSM has made arrangements with two nearby hotels, for the same discounted room rate, for any who would like to attend the conference but have not been able to book a room in the Marriott at the discounted rate. Please note that these hotels will not provide discounted parking or other concessions as part of the group rate. We would encourage any saints that would like to attend to make their room reservations as soon as possible as the number of rooms at the discounted rate is limited. *Update* The Marriott Hotel has now informed us that only hotel guests will have in/out privileges and all other attendees will get the discounted parking rate of $29 but will have to pay that amount per exit. The hotel will provide LSM with the discount stickers from the parking garage (for the $29 discounted rate) that will be available for pickup at the LSM Help Desk in the foyer of the Grand Ballroom for the saints who are not staying at the hotel. The Marriott Hotel also asked us to inform our guests that upon check-in there will be an “incidental hold” charge of $80/per night on your credit card. At the end of your stay, if there are no charges on the room, the incidental hold charges will be released back to the card on file within 24 hours of checkout.

Care for children from Kindergarten through 6th grade will be provided during the conference meetings at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. Please register all children attending the conference online at 2023 International Memorial Day Blending Conference Childcare. All childcare registration submissions will receive an email confirmation with additional instructions. Please register all children no later than May 1, 2023.
