Prayer Burdens, Week of November 9

Updated: Apr 11, 2021

For the prayer meeting, we suggest taking the following verses from Week 12, Day 4 of the HWMR of Crystallization-Study of Jeremiah and Lamentations:

Heb. 8:10 For this is the covenant which I will covenant with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will impart My laws into their mind, and on their hearts I will inscribe them, and I will be God to them, and they will be a people to me.

Rom. 8:2  For the law of the Spirit of life has freed me in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and of death.

December Semiannual Training May the Lord unveils our eyes to see the importance of this training in the light of our present situation in God's economy. Please continue to pray that many saints would register for the training.

Strengthening of the Trainees in the Full-time Trainings Pray that the trainees would receive the abundant supply of grace that they may continue to endeavor in their pursuit of the Lord in the training, especially in regards to the current online format of the training. May the Lord guard His interest in all the trainees and preserve them in their spirit and soul and body during this time of the pandemic.

Raising up of Mutual Shepherding Among the Saints "We are both sheep and shepherds, shepherding and being shepherded in mutuality; through this mutual shepherding, the Body builds itself in love - Eph. 4:16 (HWMR Crystallization-Study of Jeremiah and Lamentations Vol. 2 pg. 241)." Please pray that the Lord foster such an atmosphere of mutual shepherding with all the saints exercising their functions as sheep and shepherds to join the Lord in His all-inclusive, tender care of the flock for the reality of the building of the Body of Christ to prepare the Bride for His return.

Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict Almost 5,000 people had been killed in the fighting between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh, including several young brothers from the churches in Armenia, leaving behind young families. Please pray for the churches and saints in the region and particularly for the families affected

Hurricane Eta, Honduras A Category 4 hurricane struck Nicaragua on Nov. 3 with 150 mph winds before moving into neighboring Honduras where high winds and heavy rain have damaged thousands of homes, forcing people to take cover in shelters and brought deadly floods and landslides. The Sula Valley, home to over two million people and the country’s second-largest city, San Pedro Sula has been hit hardest by flooding due to runoff from the surrounding mountains - nearly 400,000 persons have been displaced from their homes and have lost critical health services. The economic downturn caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has left the government with scarce resources to respond. Local saints affected by the floods in La Lima city had to be rescued from their homes by boat.  May the Lord keep the saints and preserve the lives of the many saints affected
